Job Summary:
This position entails the oversight of staff members in the clinic; including, Nurses, Medical Assistants and Patient Care Techs. The position works closely with the physicians/providers of the practice to oversee operations connected with these areas and manages resources and issues accordingly. This position also works closely with other departments to provide for the seamless care of the patient and general operational needs of Baptist Health.
Minimum Education, Experience, Training and Licensures Required:
Current unrestricted RN license in the state/s of practice location
Bachelor of Science in Nursing and at least two years of experience in specialty area or an Associates of Science in Nursing and at least five years of specialty area experience.
Basic Life Saving (BLS) recognized by the American Heart Association within 90 days of hire
Minimum of two years of job-related experience required
Minimum of three years of leadership experience is preferred
