Your tasks at a glance 

  • You have a business mindset and use your judgment in decision-making and day-to-day operations.

  • You maintain quality assurance standards with your team through validation, audit and established processes.
  • You effectively manage and improve budgets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • You understand and take on different technical positions, as required. 
  • You support the organization’s Risk Management program by identifying and promptly reporting patient safety concerns, incidents, or potential risks to clinic management, to assist in the organization’s overall efforts to identify, report, and mitigate risks.

  • You demonstrate keen business acumen and strategic thinking skills.
  • You are a natural leader, knowing how to persuade and mobilize your team towards your vision and in the achievement of objectives.
  • You have a background in business development, project management, and sales.  
  • Your university education in management or business administration (or a related field) is considered an asset.
  • You are comfortable with computers, technology, and Microsoft 365 (knowledge of EMR systems is an asset).
  • You are organized, self-disciplined, and have excellent prioritization, time management, and problem-solving skills. 
  • Required: You can travel for training to other clinics within Canada (expenses covered by Vision Group).
  • Schedule: You have flexible availability to work from Monday to Friday.
