FlexCare Infusion is seeking a dynamic and experienced Registered Nurse (RN) Clinic Manager to lead operations across four infusion clinic locations in Tucson, AZ, with the primary base at our La Cholla Blvd site.
This role is ideal for a strong clinical leader who brings a business mindset, drives operational excellence, and can successfully lead culture transformation and change management initiatives across multiple sites.
Work Schedule: Clinic hours are Monday - Friday, 8:00 am -4:30 pm
Primary Responsibilities:
  • Lead and inspire clinic teams across four locations, fostering a positive, accountable, and patient-focused culture
  • Drive culture change initiatives, addressing resistance and promoting adaptability and engagement
  • Provide clinical oversight and expertise in infusion therapy to maintain high-quality, safe patient care
  • Drive operational and financial performance using a strong business mindset and data-driven decision-making
  • Lead and implement change strategies to improve processes and ensure team adoption across all sites

Required Qualifications:
  • ASN, BSN or MSN Degree
  • Active and unrestricted Registered Nurse license in the state of Arizona or Compact (Multistate) RN license
  • BLS and/or CPR certification, or willing to obtain upon hire
  • 2+ years of experience in infusion setting
  • Leadership experience to include management of clinical and administrative staff
  • Driver's License and access to a reliable transportation

Preferred Qualification:
  • 5+ years of experience in a infusion setting

Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). The salary for this role will range from $72,800 - $130,000 annually based on full-time employment. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
