The Clinic Manager provides operational oversight and staff guidance for Prescott FlexCare Infusion Center Clinic with oversight potential of up to 5 clinics under the supervision of the Director of Clinical Services. This role supports daily clinic operations in partnership with the Managing Nurse Practitioner.

This is a full-time position with typical working hours of Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Hours and work shifts may change in accordance with business needs. Exempt employees must have the ability to be on-call and available, as business needs require.

This job operates in a clerical, office setting. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines

Primary Responsibilities:
  • Assist with the creation and implementation of policies and procedures that support clinic staff and patient care
  • Maintain compliance with regulatory and accreditation standards
  • Ensure operations and workflow efficiency
  • Clinic scheduling across a market, inclusive of clinical and administrative coverage for multiple clinics
  • Proactively identify market staffing needs based on growth trends, individual clinic needs/requirements
  • Managing all administrative and clinical hiring needs in the market
  • Assists in the selection, orientation and ongoing training of clinic staff, inclusive of other Nurse Practitioners, infusion RN's, LPN's and medical receptionists with a focus on operational processes
  • Conduct performance evaluations and provide coaching
  • Foster a positive, accountable team culture
  • Maintain high-quality patient care by addressing concerns, resolving complaints and improving satisfaction
  • Travel:
    • Ability to travel between multiple clinics in a market, as needed
  • Supervisory Responsibility:
    • This role supervises Administrative Assistants

Required Qualifications:
  • Minimum education of High school diploma
  • If RN an additional certification, ONS Fundamentals of Chemotherapy and Immunotherapy Administration Certification, is required within 90 days of hire
  • Basic Life Support/ CPR certification or ability to obtain by start date
  • 1+ years of experience within clinical operations setting
  • Experience in infusion setting

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience with budget and staffing forecasts
  • Experience in the management of clinical and/or administrative staff
  • Experience managing clinic financial budgets

Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). The salary for this role will range from $72,800 to $130,000 annually based on full-time employment. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
