What You'll Do
- Develop and deliver training programs for CMAs, LVNs, and Receptionists.
- Coordinate new hire training.
- Create training materials, educational resources, and competency assessments.
- Conduct skills validations and support employee development.
- Partner with clinic leaders to identify training needs and close performance gaps.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and organizational standards.
- Support new workflows, process improvements, and quality initiatives.
- Monitor training outcomes and recommend solutions to improve performance.

Qualifications
Required
- Graduate of an accredited Medical Assistant program
- Certified Medical Assistant (CMA)
- High School Diploma or GED
- Minimum 3 years of urology experience
Preferred
- 5+ years of urology experience
- Bilingual (English/Spanish)
- Education or Training Certification
- Experience developing training and competency programs
