What You'll Do

As the senior clinical leader for ABA services, you will oversee quality, compliance, supervision, and clinical outcomes while serving as the voice of ABA within organizational leadership.

Key Responsibilities

✅ Provide leadership, mentorship, and supervision to BCBAs, RBTs, and clinical team members

✅ Oversee the development and implementation of individualized, evidence-based treatment plans

✅ Conduct clinical reviews, analyze outcomes data, and ensure continuous progress monitoring

✅ Partner with families, caregivers, and interdisciplinary teams to deliver exceptional client care

✅ Develop and lead staff training programs that promote clinical excellence and best practices

✅ Ensure compliance with BACB ethics standards, regulatory requirements, and company policies

✅ Support recruitment, hiring, onboarding, and retention of high-performing clinical professionals

✅ Champion quality improvement initiatives and maintain the highest standards of clinical care

✅ Represent the ABA service line within organizational leadership and strategic planning

✅ Drive growth through community engagement, professional networking, and business development initiatives

  • Qualifications & Requirements

    We are seeking a dedicated clinical leader who is passionate about delivering exceptional ABA services, developing high-performing teams, and driving meaningful outcomes for children and families.

    Required Qualifications

    ✅ Master's or Doctoral degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Special Education, or a related field

    ✅ Current certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in good standing

    ✅ Minimum of 3–5 years of clinical ABA experience, including experience overseeing treatment programs and clinical outcomes

    ✅ Proven leadership experience with the ability to inspire, mentor, and develop clinical teams

    ✅ Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills

    ✅ Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities with clients, families, referral sources, and interdisciplinary team members

    ✅ Thorough knowledge of BACB ethical guidelines, industry regulations, and evidence-based ABA practices

    ✅ Experience conducting Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and developing Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs)

    ✅ Proficiency in data collection, analysis, and ABA-related technology platforms

    ✅ Commitment to ongoing professional development and staying current with advancements in the field of behavior analysis

    ✅ Successful completion of all required background checks and OIG/SAM.gov exclusion screenings

    Preferred Qualifications

    ⭐ Experience leading multiple clinicians or overseeing clinic operations

    ⭐ Experience in a multidisciplinary pediatric setting

    ⭐ Strong background in caregiver training, staff development, and quality assurance initiatives
