What You'll Do as a Clinic Director:
As the CEO of your designated clinic, you will be responsible for its overall management, patient experience, and clinical excellence. Your leadership will drive success through:
  • Delivering innovative, high-quality, evidence-based, and personalized care.
  • Operating within a model with lower-than-industry-average patient volume expectations.
  • Leading professional development and mentoring team members.
  • Driving operational and financial excellence at the clinic level.
  • Supporting your team while advancing your own skills with $15K of in-house professional development.
  • Receiving student loan assistance to support your financial future.
 
What You'll Need:
  • Graduate of an accredited university with a Master's or Doctorate Degree in Physical Therapy recognized by the APTA.
  • Current Physical Therapy license or eligibility to obtain one.
  • 2-4+ years of clinical experience, with leadership or management experience preferred.
  • Passion for patient-centered care and team development.
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to drive clinic growth and operational success.
