MeBe is seeking an experienced Site Director to lead the clinical, operational, and financial success of our Mesa Learning Center.
This is more than a traditional clinic-management role. As Site Director, you will have meaningful ownership of your center and the opportunity to shape its culture, develop exceptional clinicians, strengthen relationships within the community, and deliver outstanding outcomes for children and families.

Earn $140,000–$150,000 plus a performance bonus that can bring total compensation to over $200,000.

Skills Required
- Experience managing an ABA clinic or similar therapeutic center
- Clinical knowledge of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) and familiarity with OT and Speech collaboration
- Leadership experience recruiting, coaching, and retaining clinical staff
- Financial and operational management experience (monitoring revenue, staffing, utilization, profitability)
- Experience using data to identify and solve operational challenges
- Ability to build strong family and community relationships and resolve concerns with empathy and urgency
- Experience developing clinical leaders and fostering interdisciplinary collaboration
- Proven track record of growing a clinic responsibly while maintaining clinical quality
