Your Day-to-Day
Manage the entire launch phase of a medical facility by overseeing regulatory approvals, facility procurement, IT, and staff recruitment to deliver a fully compliant clinic and subsequently taking full ownership of ongoing daily clinic operations and operational performance
- Hire, supervising, training, and scheduling front desk staff and clinic assistants.
- Work closely with doctors and management to improve clinic workflow, patient experience and service delivery.
- Take ownership of assigned responsibilities and ensure outstanding matters are followed through.
- Drives the clinic’s licensing and accreditation process by ensuring facility layouts, SOPs, and medical equipment strictly meet Singapore -Ministry of Health (MOH) and Healthcare Services Act (HCSA) regulatory requirements prior to launch.
- Ensure strict adherence to Ministry of Health (MOH) standards, HCSA regulations, and PDPA (data privacy).
Who We’re Looking For
-At least 2-3 years of relevant skin, dermatology, or aesthetic clinic operations is highly preferred.
- Proven track record in launching a new medical/aesthetic clinic from the ground up is an advantage
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Organized, meticulous, attention to detail, and able to multitask.
- Comfortable working closely with doctors and management
Skills Required
- At least 2-3 years of relevant skin, dermatology, or aesthetic clinic operations experience
- Experience launching a new medical or aesthetic clinic from the ground up
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Organized, meticulous, detail-oriented, and able to multitask
- Comfortable working closely with doctors and management
- Ability to manage clinic operations, staff recruitment, training, scheduling, and supervision
- Ability to manage Singapore MOH, HCSA, licensing, accreditation, and PDPA compliance requirements
