Assists with research, development, and/or validation of new policies, procedures and/or instruments.
2. Manages stock levels, rotation, and monitors expiration.
3. Performs laboratory procedures and calculates, transcribes and records test results.
4. Prepares and manages specimens for analysis, refers results to Pathology, correlates results and communicates and documents findings.
5. Performs Manual Result Review and proficiency testing.
6. Performs maintenance procedures on laboratory instruments and/or equipment.
7. Performs other duties as assigned.
Skills Required

- No prior experience required (Entry-level)
- Medical Laboratory Technician (MLT) ASCP certification — must obtain within one year
