As a Client Tax Analyst - Documentation and Onboarding in International Tax Operations, you will manage tax onboarding activities and validate client tax documentation to support compliant processing and a strong client experience. You will work with partners across operations, product, technology, controls, and compliance to keep processes scalable, consistent, and well-controlled. Job responsibilities

  • Process client onboarding activities from a tax documentation and data perspective
  • Validate client tax documentation accurately and within defined service timelines
  • Review documentation for completeness and alignment to applicable tax requirements
  • Maintain and update tax-related client data to support accuracy and integrity
  • Partner with global teams to ensure consistent processing and handoffs
  • Identify process gaps, inefficiencies, and recurring documentation issues
  • Implement or support automation solutions that reduce manual effort and errors
  • Perform routine data analysis to support documentation, controls, and compliance needs
  • Monitor process controls and escalate issues and risks in a timely manner
  • Track work against service level expectations and manage competing priorities
  • Document procedures and contribute to continuous improvement of operating practices
