Responsibilities- Provide Tier I/II system administration and help desk support for classified and mission systems, including troubleshooting hardware, software, account access, and connectivity issues.
- Install, configure, maintain, and update servers, workstations, operating systems, and mission applications in accordance with Government security and operational requirements.
- Respond to user requests through phone, email, portal, and walk-in support, ensuring timely resolution, accurate ticket tracking, and strong customer service.
- Monitor system health, performance, backups, and availability; identify issues proactively and implement corrective actions to minimize downtime and mission impact.
- Maintain and update technical documentation, SOPs, system inventories, audit logs, and configuration records to support continuity, compliance, and operational readiness.
- Support cybersecurity and compliance activities by applying patches, assisting with vulnerability remediation, following RMF/JSIG/ATO procedures, and escalating security incidents as required.
- Bachelor's degree and 5-7 years of related experience
- TS/SCI clearance
- Security+/A+/Net+ certification
- U.S. Citizenship Required for the purposes of obtaining/holding a U.S. security clearance
