- Provide remote communication with clients - via email, phone, and other communication tools
- Provide clients with the necessary information about Mapon products
- Proactively resolve problem situations
- Plan installation trips for technical specialists to clients
- Collect and analyze various amounts of data
- Talking with installers over the phone
- To replace colleagues from the same department, during their absence – during holidays, business trips, studies, or sick leave
- Follow organizational policies and regulations that affect the Sales department
- Be a brand ambassador and always reflect the company values
- Previous client support experience +2 years is required
- Experience using ticketing tools such as Zendesk, Hubspot, etc.
- Previous experience in IoT or a technical field will be valued
- Great organizational skills.
- Being responsible for the assigned tasks by the direct manager
- Effective communication skills to provide key information to the Direct Manager or other departments
- Willingness and ability to help people
- Ability to react quickly and concentrate in stressful situations
- Organized and proactive attitude, being able to follow instructions, and being able to find the next task to do independently
- Excellent Spanish and English language skills
- Other language skills will be valued.
