The Role

Join our team as a Client Support Specialist and play a key role in delivering top-tier support to our clients while working alongside Implementation, Development, and Relationship Management teams.

What You’ll Do
  • Serve as a trusted partner to clients by delivering high-quality, prompt, and courteous support

  • Respond to help desk inquiries and resolve front-line technical and payment-related issues

  • Maintain and update client contact records and service documentation

  • Train clients on systems and tools as needed

  • Analyze and escalate urgent issues with clarity and efficiency

  • Document workflows and contribute to knowledge base content

  • Use service desk tools (like HappyFox) to organize, track, and categorize issues

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to resolve issues and improve the client experience

  • Monitor file transfers and manage system files and reports

  • Participate in a rotating on-call schedule outside standard business hours

  • Engage in continuous improvement through training and performance feedback

What You Bring
  • Associate’s degree or equivalent business experience

  • 2+ years of technical help desk support experience

  • Experience in financial services, banking, or ACH payment processing is strongly preferred

  • Strong analytical and reconciliation skills

  • Organized and detail-oriented, with excellent written documentation habits

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Windows operating systems

  • Familiarity with SQL queries, XML, and JSON formats is a plus

  • A proactive, client-first mindset with excellent verbal and written communication skills

We offer competitive pay and a full benefits package, including company paid life, disability and three medical plans to select from. This position is a hybrid one, working 2-3 days in the Jacksonville office. Compensation is commensurate with experience. This is a non-exempt, hourly position with an hourly rate of $26-$29 per hour. This position is also overtime eligible.
