What You’ll DoServe as a trusted partner to clients by delivering high-quality, prompt, and courteous support
Respond to help desk inquiries and resolve front-line technical and payment-related issues
Maintain and update client contact records and service documentation
Train clients on systems and tools as needed
Analyze and escalate urgent issues with clarity and efficiency
Document workflows and contribute to knowledge base content
Use service desk tools (like HappyFox) to organize, track, and categorize issues
Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to resolve issues and improve the client experience
Monitor file transfers and manage system files and reports
Participate in a rotating on-call schedule outside standard business hours
Engage in continuous improvement through training and performance feedback
Associate’s degree or equivalent business experience
2+ years of technical help desk support experience
Experience in financial services, banking, or ACH payment processing is strongly preferred
Strong analytical and reconciliation skills
Organized and detail-oriented, with excellent written documentation habits
Proficient in Microsoft Office and Windows operating systems
Familiarity with SQL queries, XML, and JSON formats is a plus
A proactive, client-first mindset with excellent verbal and written communication skills
Are a great listener and an empathetic yet effective communicator
Stay calm under pressure and act quickly to resolve issues

We offer competitive pay and a full benefits package, including company paid life, disability and three medical plans to select from. This position is a hybrid one, working 2-3 days in the Jacksonville office. Compensation is commensurate with experience. This is a non-exempt, hourly position with an hourly rate of $26-$29 per hour. This position is also overtime eligible.Similar Jobs
