Position Overview:

The Marketing Solutions team offers an ad product for businesses, including childcare centers, senior living facilities, camps & activities, to reach their targeted audience. This allows them to attract and connect with families who need their services in their area.

In this role, you’ll support our partnered businesses by helping build and manage a profile to highlight how they can serve new, seeking customers. Within these operations you will do tasks associated with account management, recovery support and sales support, just to name a few. At the end of the day, our goal is to help our partners grow their customer base with ads driven to the families they want to reach the most.

Note: This a hybrid position based in Dallas, TX (Mon/Wed/Thurs in office, Tues/Fri work from home). This is a full-time role and the schedule is Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm CT. 

What You’ll Do:

  • Work closely with our sales team to onboard new clients after the sale is closed. This may include organizing client data for import into an internal system, setting up a client’s business profile and schedule, or helping to create training materials for our clients.
  • Help identify and resolve non-critical support questions and operational issues as they arise with our clients.
  • Retain client business as part of a partner education initiative.

Who You Are:

  • 1+ years of customer service experience
  • High degree of comfort using spreadsheets for simple tasks, like organizing basic data (name, phone, email, etc.)
  • Experience working with a CRM (preferably Salesforce)
  • Strong organizational skills with close attention to detail
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to be flexible and adapt quickly in a fast-paced, start-up environment
  • A driven, self-starter who can work independently and as part of a remote team
  • Collaborative team player who works hard and takes pride in their work

Hourly Rate: $18.90/hr. (non-negotiable) 

The base salary range above represents the anticipated low and high end of the national salary range for this position. Actual salaries may vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to work location, experience, and performance. The range listed is just one component of Care.com’s total compensation package for employees. Other rewards may include annual bonuses and short- and long-term incentives.
