What can you expect?
- Strive to meet KPIs and system tools to manage claims processes, meet SLAs, and deliver compliant, efficient service.
- Ensure claims are processed on a timely basis and remind the cedant to submit SOAs, ensuring all contractual and warranty conditions are met.
- Call and collaborates with peers/markets on difficult or contentious reinsurance developments, supporting and providing training, mentoring and guidance within the team and/or department for all aspects of reinsurance service processing to assist with trouble shooting and to develop team resources.
- Establishes and drives relationships with Brokers, Clients and Markets to understand issues to resolve problems and queries and review working practices.
- Accountability to assess and submit client and/or reinsurer presentation materials and communications to resolve difficult questions and secure reinsurer agreements and payments of claims and account balances.

We will count on you to be responsible for technical treaty matters:
- Review claims advice from client according to departmental procedures.
- Handle and review claims calculations as required
- Work closely with treaty TA team on queries
- Attend to queries from clients, reinsurers, and related parties. Assist in the resolution of claims issues.
- Ensure Processing Reinsurance Claims by team includes verifying claim documentation, evaluating claim eligibility, determining coverage parameters, and calculating appropriate claim settlements.

- Perform other job-related duties as assigned.
What do you need to have?
- University degree or equivalent experience.
- Proven experience in Treaty Claims and has network with reinsurance markets > 10 years in the industry
- Strong communication skills; fluent in English.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Prior reinsurance industry experience, especially in Treaty Reinsurance, is highly desirable.
- Dynamic team management experience
