Why You’ll Love This Job


You'll immerse yourself in our core product, Thrillshare, and become the go-to expert for both clients and internal teams. You’ll focus on delivering exceptional support experiences, testing new features, and crafting comprehensive documentation to ensure smooth client interactions. By mastering Apptegy's product and features, you'll play a pivotal role in empowering both clients and teammates to excel in their respective roles. 


We are open to various backgrounds, but you should have a technical background or a technical mindset. For example, you should be someone who naturally enjoys troubleshooting problems and walking someone through the steps to get their internet/computer/email working. After 3+ months, you should know the product at a deep level so you can assist and support our clients and our Implementation and Client Success teams.

What You'll Do

  • Be accountable and own your work by sharing when you do not know the answer, ask for help, and research to find an answer until you solve it. 
  • Exhibit curiosity and push yourself to dive into your tasks, understand them from every angle, and learn more. 
  • Be technically minded and have an eye for detail to notice the most minor details, from identifying a misplaced comma to uncovering what a client needs when they reach out. 
  • Work with a sense of urgency and drive to deliver the best experience for others and do so with speed.
  • Empower others by sharing your knowledge. Translate what you know in an understandable way and give clients and coworkers confidence in the product.

Who You Are

  • You have a 4-year college degree or comparable, continuous work experience with an impressive track record of success. 
  • You have experience in a fast-paced working environment and know how to pick up tech tools quickly. 
  • You have a willingness to work hard and do whatever it takes. 
  • You can manage your day and be effective & efficient. 
  • You are technically minded and empathetic.
