What We Need 

Corpay is currently looking to hire a Client Support Executive on a permanent basis within our Alpha Group division. This position falls under our Cross Borders line of business and is based from our Munich office. In this role you will act as a middle desk between Clients, Front of House and back-office departments, along with various other stakeholders and departments within Corpay. You will ensure clients receive exceptional support and service, acting as a point of expertise within the business. This is a pivotal role that requires you to be accurate, analytical, collaborative, professional, resilient and tenacious. You will report into the Director & Head of Austria & Germany and regularly collaborate with other teams across the division.

Role Responsibilities 

  • Collaborating with various internal teams, such as sales, operations, and compliance, to ensure a smooth client experience for the settling of trades and problem resolution.
  • Educating Corpay clients on processes where appropriate, to reduce future dependency and contact.
  • Supporting efficient cash flow through the timely collection of outstanding receivables (Trades, deposits and Losses).
  • Working closely with Dealers and being first hand support to them and their clients.
  • Monitoring, chase, and report on outstanding trades requiring wire instructions.
  • Complying with regulatory requirements including GDPR and CASS obligations.
  • Self-handling of small complaints with Dealers and escalate any larger complaints to the complaints department and Head of Client Support.
  • Escalating non-settlement suspicions to Head of Client Support.
  • Ensuring process manuals are available for all tasks, ensure they are correct and updated accordingly.
  • Promoting the online platform to clients to enhance security and help them to become self-sufficient. Ensuring we are directing them to Cross Border for online demonstrations. As a result, reduce queries and the need for manual processes.
  • Acting as a central point for the resolution of Compliance queries, internal and banking.
  • Monitoring and act as a central point for the resolution of Payment investigations though salesforce.
  • Compiling Error reporting from Client Support perspective.
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date client records in our CRM system, documenting all interactions and transactions.
  • Providing ongoing recommendations and process enhancements to consistently improve the client experience.
  • Helping to develop and maintain client relationships through excellent service.

Qualifications & Skills 

  • Ideally, you will either have, or a combination of at least 1-2 years experience in a client facing or Operational role within FX.
  • Payment operations or trade support experience is preferred.
  • You will need to be computer literate with strong knowledge of excel, outlook and other Microsoft products.
  • You will be situated on the trading floor, in a fast-paced environment, and exposed and expected to work under pressure at times.
  • Fluent German speaker with business-level English is required.
  • Must possess excellent customer/client communication skills.
  • Highly organized and detail oriented.

Pay Transparency  

The salary range for this position is €37,000 – €55,000 gross per year. The final offer will be determined based on objective, gender-neutral criteria including relevant skills, professional experience, and qualifications. Corpay maintains structured compensation practices and regularly reviews pay to support compliance with equal pay principles and applicable EU legislation. Additional compensation elements, including benefits and variable pay (if applicable), will be discussed during the recruitment process.
