What You’ll Do:Deliver outstanding customer service and day-to-day support to clients
Respond to client communications and inquiries in a timely, professional manner
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and campaign success
Assist in executing marketing initiatives and promotional activities
Maintain accurate records, reports, and client documentation
Help troubleshoot issues and support client retention efforts
