Our company has an immediate opening for an entry-level Client Support Assistant in our local office.
The entry-level Client Support Assistant position entails providing primary client-facing customer service for our residential outreach initiatives. Success in this position requires the Client Support Assistant to work independently, provide immediate sales solutions, be professional, and document interactions within our systems.
Training is provided for the Client Support Assistant position. Our most accomplished professionals will teach you what directly leads to their success and systematically create a game plan for your future within our organization.
Responsibilities of the Client Support Assistant Position:
- Plan and run presentations in person with customers with the goal of making sales and growing brand awareness for the client.
- Provide excellent customer service to every customer by informing and educating them about the brands and products to increase sales.
- Plan and run presentations with the goal of making sales and growing brand awareness.
- Work with management to coordinate schedules for all promotional events.
- Communicate through sales reports on results and opportunities.
- Implement business development strategies and sales techniques.
Client Support Assistant Candidate Qualities:
- Outstanding reliability and follow-through and requires excellent communication skills, including telephone and active listening skills.
- Efficient problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- The ability to type and talk at the same time, delegate effectively, and have excellent organizational skills.
- The ideal candidate will be a highly self-motivated individual who can work well with and without supervision and is a reliable, knowledgeable, resourceful, flexible, service-oriented professional.
Client Support Assistant Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED required; College degree or equivalent experience preferred.
- Multi-task and prioritize required.
- Ability to handle multiple projects/tasks at a time.
- Knowledge of customer service, sales, marketing, business, or communications.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills, particularly in a phone or email context.
- Strong communication skills and basic computer knowledge.
