Main Responsabilities
- Provide support to clients, resolving technical, operational, and commercial inquiries
- Manage support tickets and follow up until resolution
- Escalate complex issues to the corresponding team when necessary
- Document every client interaction in our management tools
- Identify opportunities for improvement in customer service processes
- Collaborate with other departments (commercial, finance, technology) to seek continuous process improvement
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of our products/services
Skills And Experience Required
- Previous experience in customer service or technical support roles (minimum 1-2 years).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Problem-solving orientation and a proactive approach.
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
- Advanced English level.
- Knowledge of Meta Ads
