We are seeking a talented individual to join our GHSC Operations Client Support team at Mercer, a Marsh business. This role will be based in Phoenix and offers a hybrid work arrangement, requiring a minimum of three days per week in the office.
As a Client Support Administrator, you will play a key role in keeping the team organized, efficient, and client-focused by managing a variety of administrative, project, and operational responsibilities. This position offers the opportunity to collaborate closely with senior leaders while producing polished, high-quality documents, coordinating client invoicing, and ensuring projects stay on track through strong attention to detail and sound judgment. Success in this role comes from balancing multiple priorities, handling confidential information with professionalism, and proactively supporting a seamless team workflow in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
We will count on you to:
- Complete monthly client invoicing
- Establish, maintain, and manage client subject files, personal working files, and legal plan documents as applicable

- Provide peer review of documents before final production/distribution to ensure quality control of the final product
- Ensure all documents produced adhere to Mercer's global identity/document standards
- Contribute to accurate client/project budget management through accurate and prompt time entry

- Frequently interact and collaborate with senior-level leadership while performing tasks under limited supervision
- Assist team with a variety of tasks as assigned
What you need to have:
- HS Diploma or equivalent
- 5+ years of administrative support experience, preferably in a consulting environment or professional service industry
- Advanced computer skills, including extensive experience with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong judgment, discretion, confidentiality, and decision-making skills with the ability to interact with all levels within the organization
- Capability to work well under pressure and with limited direction while handling multiple tasks and prioritizing effectively
- Exceptional interpersonal, organizational, business communication, and time management skills.
