University Physicians’ Association, Inc. is seeking an experienced and people-focused Client Success Supervisor to join our Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) team in West Knoxville. This role is ideal for a confident leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment, values team development, and is passionate about driving operational excellence and high-quality client service.
As a Client Success Supervisor, you will play a key role in leading and supporting a team of billing professionals while fostering a positive, collaborative, and accountable work culture. You’ll balance operational oversight with mentorship—ensuring both team success and client satisfaction.
What You’ll Do- Lead and oversee day-to-day team operations, including time-off requests and staffing oversight
- Exercise sound administrative judgment with a focus on quality, efficiency, and service outcomes
- Ensure work is completed in accordance with established productivity and performance standards
- Implement and enforce departmental policies, procedures, and best practices
- Provide ongoing coaching, recognition, and constructive feedback to support professional growth
- Adapt communication styles to effectively engage and support diverse team members
- Serve as an accessible resource for team questions, guidance, and issue resolution
- Maintain consistent team engagement and a positive, approachable leadership presence
- Effectively utilize resources to meet departmental and organizational goals

Requirements
Qualifications & Skills
- High school diploma or equivalent required; college coursework or degree preferred
- Advanced medical billing and coding knowledge; certifications strongly preferred
- In-depth understanding of Revenue Cycle Management, payer regulations, and industry standards
- Advanced computer and system application proficiency
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to lead others while aligning with departmental goals and policies
- Strong organizational and multi-tasking abilities
- Sensitivity to the balance between people, processes, and performance
- Office-based role requiring sitting and standing
- Manual dexterity for computer and office equipment use
