ISS Stoxx is hiring! Our Market Intelligence group is seeking a Client Success Specialist to be a part of a dynamic team working with our clients to help them grow their business in the financial services and insurance industries.

As a Client Success Specialist, you will master our data and tools to ensure exceptional customer satisfaction. We seek driven, high-potential individuals who are self-motivated, value productivity and customer engagement, and are eager for a rewarding career with significant growth potential.

What You'll Do:

• Build and maintain strong relationships to ensure clients optimize their subscription.
• Conduct new user orientations and ongoing trainings.
• Prepare and deliver timely reports using customized search filters and territories.
• Track/analyze usage and coordinate with users to offer assistance.
• Work with data and product departments to ensure data integrity.
• Use your awareness of the Market Intelligence suite of products to educate clients.
• Actively listen to provide clients with solutions and communicate possible opportunities to our internal sales teams.
• Collaborate closely with colleagues in the client success team and sales organization to address client needs.

What We Need from You:

• Bachelor’s degree
• 2-5 years’ experience in a client support or sales role
• Outstanding client service orientation
• Experience in or a strong working knowledge of the financial services or insurance industries (preferred)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong attention to detail, documentation, and organizational skills
• Analytical and independent problem-solving skills to help interpret industry data.
• Ability to handle high-pressure situations, multi-task and meet deadlines.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word and motivation to learn new applications.
