The role covers three key areas:

  1. Client Support & Relationship Management
  2. Sales Support & Business Development
  3. Campaign & Project Coordination

Job Description

Responsibilities

Client Support & Relationship Management

  • Serve as a day-to-day point of contact for client, agency and brand queries — building strong relationships through timely, professional responses and escalating issues where needed.
  • Grow assigned developmental accounts and act as the day-to-day contact for agencies and brands to drive new business.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure a seamless client experience and consistent delivery of business results, identifying gaps or opportunities to improve processes and efficiency along the way.

Sales Support & Business Development

  • Work closely with Sales Directors to prepare client-specific sales decks, 1-sheets and other collateral for both individual meetings and broader category outreach.
  • Serve as the central coordination point across two Sales Directors' workloads — triaging incoming requests, sequencing priorities, and balancing competing deadlines to ensure consistent, timely turnaround for all sellers.
  • Use HubSpot, Winmo and all available tools to prospect, identify and pursue new leads, driving new business and building the CRM database.
  • Work with Sales Development to prepare proposals and respond to RFPs with specific ad product recommendations, ensuring deadlines and deliverables are met.
  • Provide industry and competitive updates by staying active and well-read on the trades, regularly sharing relevant articles and topics with the team.

Campaign & Project Coordination

  • Oversee and assist in the coordination of campaign delivery, including timelines, asset collection, and internal communication.
  • Work with Media Ops and Sales Dev to inform and prepare post-campaign reports/decks and present to clients.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in ad sales support or within a media agency
  • Experience supporting the prospecting, selling (including planning or buying) of advertising solutions in the digital media landscape; experience selling YouTube and video a plus.
  • Comfortable working cross-functionally across multiple stakeholders with differing priorities, timelines, and levels of urgency.
  • Excellent attention to detail with strong organizational and prioritization skills, and a demonstrated ability to manage multiple competing deadlines and stakeholder requests across a team simultaneously.
  • Strong verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills to build strong client relationships and communicate across teams.
  • A self-starter and team player with a solution-driven, can-do attitude and the ability to learn and resolve queries quickly.
