About the Role

We’re looking for a Partner, FPS to join our Fleet Partnership Solutions team in a fixed-term 12-month position. Through management of an assigned client portfolio, FPS Partners are responsible for providing support to the Manager or Director to help drive achievement of customer retention, penetration, and growth goals. They build and maintain relationships with the customer by providing on-going day to day account support, recommending cost saving solutions and managing processes to optimize the productivity of the fleet. The position contributes to a client’s ability to achieve goals, as well as to Element Fleet’s achievement of account retention and growth objectives.

What You’ll Do

  • Works with Commercial team to understand account strategy and requirements to execute.
  • Executes and prioritizes day to day requests and activities, complex or routine, in accordance with client's policies, procedures and priorities.
  • Creates Action Plan (as necessary) for continual follow-through on tactical activities and establishes a regular rhythm with the client to report on progress.
  • Applies knowledge and understanding of assigned client business and fleet requirements, including subscribed programs, pricing structure, policies, parameters, inventory makeup, billing structure, and ordering profiles.
  • Utilizes tools provided to demonstrate FPS value and provides analysis and commentary related to trends and exceptions.
  • Takes ownership of client issues, acts as the initial point of contact for escalations, and applies critical thinking and root cause analysis to identify solutions.
  • In partnership with Commercial and Strategic Consulting teams, develops and maintains a Strategic Engagement Plan focused on broader client initiatives.
  • Builds and sustains professional working relationships with client contacts and proactively identifies needs and cost-saving opportunities.
  • Builds effective internal partnerships and represents the voice of the client while participating in internal projects and process improvement initiatives.

Basic Qualifications

  • BS or BA in business or related field is required.
  • Equivalent relevant experience will be considered in lieu of a degree.
  • 2–5 years relevant customer service or account management experience, preferably in a B2B service environment.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a rapidly changing, fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Demonstrated strong Excel skills with the ability to translate data into meaningful conclusions for clients.
  • Ability to build and maintain productive working relationships based on mutual trust at all levels of the organization.
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze data, identify trends and issues, and implement effective solutions.
  • History of collaboration across functions to deliver optimal client solutions.
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to complete work accurately and efficiently.

Location

Current Location: Mississauga. Our Mississauga office will move to 1 Adelaide in Toronto in September 2026.

This is a fixed term backfill position (12 months) role.

The hiring base salary range for this position is $62,600 – $86,000 annually. Actual compensation within this range will be dependent upon the individual’s knowledge, skills, experience, equity with other team members, and alignment with market data. Please note that the disclosed salary range is solely for candidates hired to perform work within this geographic location. Candidates hired to work in other locations will be subject to the pay range associated with that location.
