Broadridge is hiring! We’re seeking a Client Success Operations Associate to join our Virtual Shareholder Meetings team! You will be responsible for learning and supporting our growing suite of value-added products. The initial role will focus on operational work related to Virtual Shareholder Meetings.   You will  work within a team to manage several operational functions for the VSM process, focused on guiding internal clients, coordinating with external vendors, and adhering to defined processes, while maintaining high quality and managing expectations, ensuring success and driving world class service.

Responsibilities:

  • Research and respond in a timely manner to SMS event manager queries

  • Act as a client-advocate, interfacing between multiple departments to deliver high-quality results

  • Attend training for a variety of internal applications, used to manage processing

  • Coordinate training sessions for internal stakeholders

  • Display successful time management skills with strong ability to multi-task

  • Monitor the effectiveness of systems, policies, and procedures, making appropriate recommendations on process improvements, to ensure daily operations are efficient

  • Coordinate and conduct testing for process enhancements

  • Work collectively within a team environment while also managing individual deliverables

  • Maintain a demeanor of professionalism with all internal and external contacts

  • Take part in pre & post-production testing of enhancements, working with systems and internal departments to meet install deadlines

  • Manage off-season projects from initiation through final completion

Qualifications:

  • Strong use of MS Office suite of products

  • Extremely detail oriented, ability to multi-task and excellent follow-up skills

  • Brokerage or back-office industry knowledge helpful

  • Web Development (HTML, CSS) experience- preferred

  • Adobe Acrobat- preferred

Compensation Range: The salary range for this position is between $25/hr  - $28/hr. Broadridge considers various factors when evaluating a candidate's final salary including, but not limited to, relevant experience, skills, and education.
