About the Role
This Client Success Manager (Account Manager) will represent Listrak by playing a critical role in supporting growth and retention for world class eCommerce brands. You will foster strategic relationships with senior level executives, relying on both a strong understanding of the client’s business and marketing objectives in addition to a deep understanding of Listrak’s cross-channel marketing platform.
You will develop comprehensive strategies and consult with the client on how to execute and optimize those strategies - all while delivering superior results. The ideal candidate is a customer-centric analytical thinker who thrives on identifying opportunities to drive ever-increasing value and revenue growth for their client partners in a dynamic environment.
This position will be based in our King of Prussia or Litiz, PA office, with a hybrid work schedule.
What We’re Looking For
- 5+ years of experience in a Client Services, Customer Success or Account Management role, ideally within SaaS or Digital Marketing
- Demonstrated success managing multiple customer relationships in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong technical aptitude with the proven ability to quickly grasp and apply concepts
- Resourceful self-starter with a desire to excel in a results-oriented organization
- Exceptional organizational and prioritization skills
- Curious analytical thinker; capable of turning data into actionable recommendations
- A results-driven motivated attitude, with a bias for learning and sharing
