Kantar Profiles, a division of the Kantar Group, is seeking an individual with strong work behaviors and motivation to join our team as a Client Success Manager. As a Client Success Manager, you will be instrumental in efficiently scoping and delivering research projects. This role provides an outstanding opportunity to collaborate with a world-class team in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Work closely with Function leads across EMEA and Offshore to ensure the successful delivery of client projects.
- Collaborate with the Business Development team to deliver exceptional services and build strong client relationships.
- Hold and record quarterly business reviews to ensure client value and success.
- Act as the first point of escalation, resolving complaints to both the clients' and Kantar Profiles' satisfaction.
- Collaborate with clients and internal teams to hold debriefs and exchange insights to foster ongoing improvement.
- Train, coach, and mentor clients, team members, and supporting teams for optimal results.
- Evaluate and analyze client needs to determine the best strategies and approaches.
- Facilitate client onboarding and encourage clients to upgrade their products and services.
- Act as a customer advocate, ensuring their expectations are met or exceeded.
- Perform other responsibilities associated with this position as necessary.
Requirements
- Market research experience with a solid understanding of research methods and data collection techniques.
- Proficient in both German and English.
- Demonstrated experience in effectively managing client relationships with a focus on delivering results.
- Effective client management and proactive updates within specified timelines.
- Experience in online research and consultation.
- Advanced knowledge of Excel, with SPSS knowledge being advantageous.
