HealthyDakota and Crossover Health have partnered to create VitellaCare, a new advanced primary care

network of clinics in North Dakota exclusively for select Blue Cross Blue Shield of North Dakota plan

members. VitellaCare offers easy, personalized, and affordable advanced primary care services including

Primary Care, Mental Health, Pharmacy Consultations and Care Navigation.

Job Responsibilities 

The Client Success Manager is a data-driven client-facing member of the Account Management team. This individual prioritizes Crossover’s client and member experience while developing and executing revenue growth plans. 

● Partners with Associate Principal to leverage Account Management systems and dashboards to proactively identify opportunities to impact team revenue goals 

● Develops and executes against path to achieving/exceeding revenue targets as related to member engagement in partnership with VitellaCare

● Completes client discovery and expectation setting around engagement activities ● Leads marketing initiatives in partnership with Blue Cross Blue Shield of North Dakota in support of VitellaCare Health Centers

● Partners with client to develop and execute onsite events to increase engagement 

● Partners with Blue Cross Blue Shield North Dakota to design events and experiences that drive account registrations 

● Responsible for supporting VitellaCare with new account implementation 

● Manages a cadence of proactively scheduled client interactions 

● Leverages internal data sources to draft client facing materials 

● Partners with Principal and Associate Principal to work cross functionally to respond to urgent client requests 

● Submits internal team requests and tracks to completion (ex: Data, Science and Analytics, Tech, Marketing) 

● Provides support across the Account Management team to manage internal projects and revenue reporting 

● Performs other duties as assigned 

Required Qualifications 

● 3+ years of client success, marketing and member experience 

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline

  • Must be located in North Dakota 

Preferred Qualifications 

● Experience in consumer health technology, ideal 

● Exceptional communication skills that are conducive to driving outcomes with clients

 ● Ability to build internal and external relationships, partnerships, business development ● Demonstrated ability to work cross functionally and build relationships 

Physical Job Requirements 

● Up to 50% travel 

● May require standing, walking and sitting for extended amounts of time. 

● Occasionally lift and carry items weighing up to 50 lbs. 

● Manual and finger dexterity and hand-eye coordination 

● Includes full range of body motion including. 

● Requires corrected vision, hearing and speech within normal ranges. Must be able to effectively communicate with team members.
