What you’ll do:

  • Understand Keytel’s services and offerings and connect them to client technology needs
  • Establish long term, thriving relationships with clients
  • Communicate with clients about their business goals and technology needs
  • Communicate client needs to the team
  • Client business reviews to discuss metrics, upcoming changes, contract renewals, issues, etc.
  • Recommend products and services that will help clients and generate sales
  • Address customer concerns to ensure satisfaction before, during, and after incident resolution

Skills you’ll need:

  • Previous experience in a client account management, account executive, or similar role
  • Excellent oral and written communication
  • Professional presentation - ability to project confidence and expertise
  • Patience and diplomacy - conflict resolution and reasoning skills
  • Willingness to pivot - “interruptions” are par for the course
  • Ability to communicate with technical staff and non-technical end users
  • Executive level understanding of hardware, software, and problem-solving methods to ensure our techs know how to help your clients
  • Self-motivated team player with ability to work autonomously

Compensation/Benefits

  • Salary range 60-80k per year, scalable based upon experience.
