NeoWork is hiring Client Success Managers to own relationships with U.S. clients and keep them happy, successful, and growing. You will lead onboarding, monitor account health, and identify opportunities to expand.
NeoWork is a global staffing and operations partner that builds dedicated remote teams for fast-growing U.S. companies. Our teammates work directly inside our clients' teams and tools, while NeoWork takes care of recruiting, HR, benefits, and ongoing support.
Key Responsibilities
• Serve as the main point of contact for a portfolio of client accounts
• Lead client onboarding and ensure a smooth start
• Run regular check-ins and business reviews with client stakeholders
• Monitor account health, satisfaction, and risks, and act early
• Identify upsell and expansion opportunities and partner with sales
• Coordinate with internal teams to deliver on client expectations
Requirements
• 3+ years of experience in account management, client success, or client services
• Excellent spoken and written English, confident with U.S. executives
• Strong relationship-building and problem-solving skills
• Experience with CRM tools such as HubSpot or Salesforce
• Highly organized, able to manage multiple accounts at once
• Availability to work U.S. business hours
• Based in Jamaica, with a reliable home office setup and stable internet connection
Nice to Have
• Experience in SaaS, agency, or outsourcing environments
• Experience managing renewals or upsells
