We are looking for an experienced Client Success Manager who has worked with SEO or digital marketing clients, preferably in a digital marketing agency. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing client relationships, ensuring successful campaign execution, coordinating with internal teams, and driving client satisfaction and retention.
Key Responsibilities- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned SEO and digital marketing clients.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships.
- Understand client goals and translate them into actionable strategies with internal teams.
- Coordinate with SEO, content, paid marketing, and web development teams to ensure timely project delivery.
- Monitor campaign progress, analyze performance, and present regular reports and insights to clients.
- Conduct client meetings, performance reviews, and strategy discussions.
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling digital marketing services.
- Resolve client concerns proactively and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Manage multiple client accounts while maintaining quality and meeting deadlines.
- Lead, mentor, and coordinate with account management or client servicing teams to improve operational efficiency.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- 7 years of experience in Client Success, Account Management, or Client Servicing.
- Prior experience working in a digital marketing or SEO agency is strongly preferred.
- Good understanding of SEO, digital marketing, and online marketing strategies.
- Experience managing multiple client accounts simultaneously.
- Proven experience in team management or leading cross-functional teams.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong problem-solving, organizational, and project management abilities.Preferred Skills
- Working knowledge of SEO concepts, Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and digital marketing reporting tools.
- Familiarity with PPC, social media marketing, content marketing, and website optimization.
- Experience using CRM and project management tools.
- Ability to interpret campaign data and provide strategic recommendations.
