The Role

At Mobix, we pride ourselves on being the most proactive logistics company. We’re looking for a Client Success Manager who shares that mindset, someone who’s ready to lead, solve problems, and make sure our clients always feel like they’re in good hands.

About the Role

As Client Success, you’ll be the bridge between our clients and our internal teams. Our clients rely on you to represent their needs, address their concerns, and ensure we’re delivering on all fronts. You’ll meet regularly with clients via video calls (and occasionally in person) to check in, address any issues, and make sure they feel supported. Internally, you’ll coordinate with account managers, admins, warehouse managers, and developers to make sure things get done—and done right.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the primary point of contact for our clients, ensuring their needs are understood and met
  • Build strong relationships with clients, fostering trust and confidence in Mobix
  • Coordinate with internal teams (account managers, warehouse managers, developers, etc.) to resolve any client concerns and ensure smooth operations
  • Meet regularly with clients via video calls and occasionally in person
  • Stay on top of multiple client accounts, ensuring no detail is missed and all concerns are addressed proactively
  • Take charge in challenging situations, providing clients with calm, confident, and reliable support
  • Travel occasionally for in-person client meetings as needed

What We're Looking For:

  • Strong people skills: You can build rapport quickly and make clients feel valued
  • Cool under pressure: You stay calm and composed when things get busy or challenging
  • Organized and efficient: You can juggle multiple accounts and responsibilities without missing a beat
  • Proactive problem-solver: You don’t wait for instructions—you take charge and get things done
  • Experience in logistics or 3PL is a plus, but we care more about finding someone with the right attitude and approach.
