Key Responsibilities- Own end-to-end client communication across multiple accounts
- Build strong relationships with clients and manage expectations effectively
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely execution of deliverables
- Track project timelines, priorities, and performance metrics
- Share regular performance reports, insights, and updates with clients
- Identify growth opportunities and potential upsell avenues for existing accounts
- Ensure smooth onboarding and ongoing account management processes
- Proactively resolve client concerns and maintain high satisfaction levels
- Collaborate with Amazon marketplace specialists to support account growth strategies
- 5+ years of experience in Client Success, Account Management, or Agency Operations
- Prior experience working with agencies managing multiple client accounts
- Strong communication, presentation, and coordination skills
- Basic understanding of Amazon marketplace operations and ecosystem
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and priorities simultaneously
- Strong problem-solving and relationship management capabilities
- Experience with reporting, task tracking, and client servicing workflows
- Experience working with eCommerce or Amazon-focused agencies
- Familiarity with Amazon Seller Central, Vendor Central, PPC, or marketplace operations
- Strong analytical and organizational skills
- Ability to identify account growth and upsell opportunities
