The Client Success Manager at OuterBox plays a crucial role in ensuring the success of our clients' initiatives by serving as their advocate and primary point of contact for a portfolio of clients. The Client Success Manager is responsible for managing and nurturing client relationships by providing strategic guidance and ensuring the successful execution of projects. This role involves acting as the primary point of contact for clients, delivering tailored solutions that align with their business goals, and identifying opportunities for growth through upselling and cross-selling. The Client Success Manager collaborates with internal teams to ensure seamless project delivery, leverages data analysis to drive performance improvements, and consistently seeks to enhance service quality and client satisfaction.

Client Relationship Management:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of clients, building strong relationships and understanding their business objectives.

Strategic Collaboration:
- Collaborate with the Director, Client Success, or Client Success Lead and internal teams on strategic planning and campaign development, leveraging your understanding of department and client objectives and trends.
- Contribute innovative ideas and insights to enhance department effectiveness and drive client success.
- Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams, ensuring clear communication and alignment on project goals and deliverables.
Data Analysis and Continuous Improvement:
- Analyze campaign performance metrics and key insights to evaluate effectiveness and identify areas for optimization.
- Drive reporting efforts, providing actionable recommendations and highlighting data-driven insights to improve strategies and results.

This is a remote work opportunity with limited travel obligations, which requires demonstrating a level of dedication and commitment to being self-driven and accountable.
Requirements- 3-5 years of experience preferred. Demonstration of exemplary performance may supersede the experience requirement.
- Strong organizational and communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present ideas and solutions clearly and effectively to clients and internal stakeholders.
- Proficiency in project management tools and a solid understanding of organizational best practices.
- Ability to excel in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
- Experience in a client service role preferred, with a focus on building and maintaining strong client relationships.
- Strong data analysis skills and the ability to recognize patterns and leverage tech trends to identify and implement efficiencies.
- Proven track record of developing scalable solutions that drive client success and improve operational processes.
