The Client Success Intern (Lender Partnerships) is a unique opportunity for students or recent graduates to gain hands-on experience in strategic partnership management and business operations. Interns will have the chance to contribute to meaningful projects, collaborate with team members, and develop valuable skills within a supportive environment. This position will allow interns to engage in various tasks, including improving the accuracy of our lender database, auditing partner contracts, and standardizing how we collect and store critical documentation.

What You Will Own:

  • Data Integrity & Cleanup: Auditing existing lender records in our CRM to identify discrepancies, merge duplicates, and ensure contact information is up to date.

  • Documentation Collection: Collaborating with the Lender Relations team to reach out to partners and collect missing or updated compliance documents.

  • Standardization Projects: Build process for Lender onsite interactions and strategic meetings to tightly align with Product roadmap and initiatives.

  • Onboarding Support: Assisting in the setup of new lender profiles to ensure they are ready to receive deal flow immediately.

  • Process Improvement: Identifying bottlenecks in how we track lender requirements and suggesting more efficient ways to organize partner data.

What You’ll Need to Be Successful:

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Communications, Finance, or a related field.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the confidence to communicate professionally with internal teams and potential external partners.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team with a high level of self-motivation.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets and familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce). 

  • Extreme attention to detail and organizational skills, specifically regarding data entry and file management.

Mentorship and Support:

  • Direct mentorship from the Lender Relations team
  • Regular check ins and feedback
  • Exposure to cross functional meetings where appropriate
