Experienced in in supporting client accounts and/or onboarding clients to new programs

Excellent at providing Customer Service & Relationship skills
As the Client Success Implementation Specialist, you will be responsible to work with the implementation team and vendors to onboard a new client to their Telematics program.
A Day in the Life

Support client implementation manager and/or lead smaller client implementations or pilots for telematics new client deals including platform setup, logistics plan and all client training; ensure that all appropriate resources from provider are engaged.

Manage timelines closely and ensure billing occurs at the earliest point in relationship.

Determine plan for installation and be the point person working with providers to provide updates to clients.

Successfully handoff client to account team including client policy documented once onboarding actions are completed.

Support the execution of a client training strategy for clients with the Client Success Manager on how to use technology supporting both existing client education needs and new clients onboarding; help develop tools to support training execution

Support broad client training requests as needed;

Support internal team training of new and existing product offerings;

Elevate issues to providers or internal teams when run across them during implementations
Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in education, Business and / or related field preferred but not required
-
2+ years relevant experience, including telematics experience, technology learning and development and/or client onboarding

Strong technology and client presentation experience

Training and facilitation experience

Proven track record in supporting client accounts and/or onboarding clients to new programs

Strong PC proficiency (including Microsoft Suite including: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook; and project management software Smartsheet)

Strong organization skills (ability to prioritize and close, project management capabilities).

Identify and ask probing questions, gather data, identify options/solutions to a problem or issue.
The hiring base salary range for this position is $51,600- $71, 000 annually. Actual compensation within this range will be dependent upon the individual’s knowledge, skills, experience, equity with other team members, and alignment with market data.
