As a Client Success Director, you’ll be at the heart of driving meaningful outcomes for our most high-value, strategic accounts. This isn’t a traditional CSM role — it’s a high-impact, consultative position focused on connecting Degreed’s solutions to real-world business challenges.

Your mission? To turn client goals into measurable results that improve workforce agility, boost productivity, and drive retention.

You’ll work closely with Sales Key Account Directors, Product, Marketing, and Professional Services teams to deliver tailored, data-driven strategies that ensure maximum value from the Degreed platform. Expect to engage directly with senior executives, shape long-term client success plans, and be a key player in expanding Degreed’s footprint across global organizations.

Key Skills
  • Ability to map client goals to actionable strategies that maximize the value of Degreed and deliver measurable outcomes.
  • Proven track record of building and influencing strong relationships with senior decision-makers.
  • Experience partnering across Sales, Product, Marketing, and Services to drive holistic client success.
  • Ability to interpret adoption trends and performance data, turning insights into action.
  • Skilled at anticipating client needs, navigating ambiguity, and adjusting strategies as needed.
Key Responsibilities
  • Own and grow relationships with Degreed’s most strategic clients, aligning our platform to their critical business goals.
  • Develop and execute success plans that deliver measurable ROI and drive workforce transformation through Degreed.
  • Partner with Sales to identify expansion opportunities, influence renewals, and showcase long-term value through insights and storytelling.
  • Lead executive-level engagements, delivering data-driven recommendations, tailored strategies, and compelling narratives of success.
  • Monitor adoption metrics and client behavior to flag risks early, optimize engagement, and evolve success strategies.
  • Serve as the voice of the customer, relaying insights to internal teams to influence product direction and improve client experience.
