The role
In this role, you'll be the primary contact for your partners — moving programs from signed to live, running bilingual partner meetings, coordinating renewals, and keeping the behind-the-scenes mechanics running smoothly. Your responsibilities
Act as the primary day-to-day contact for a portfolio of channel partners, keeping communication timely, professional, and responsive
Support program launches end to end, coordinating the technical and administrative steps so partners' members can access care without friction
Lead business reviews and everyday communications in both French and English for our national and Quebec-based partners
Coordinate renewals across your portfolio — tracking timelines, preparing renewal materials, and working with your Team Lead on pricing, contracts, and eligibility details
Manage the behind-the-scenes mechanics of our partnerships, from eligibility and billing cycles to keeping
Salesforce accurate and up to date
Partner across Operations, Support, and Product to resolve partner issues before they escalate
Use data to track partner performance — flagging risks early and making sure reporting is accurate and delivered on time
Spot gaps in existing workflows and help improve the playbooks that keep the Channel Partnerships team running as it grows
As the Bilingual Client Success Associate, you will:
What success looks like

You'll coordinate renewals across your accounts — building clear renewal narratives, tracking timelines, and navigating the variables that shape contract outcomes — contribute to partner expansions, and proactively surface insights that improve program delivery. You'll recognize patterns across your accounts, help strengthen recurring workflows, and play an active role in supporting the growth and stability of Maple's channel partners.

What We Do
About Maple Maple is a virtual care platform that allows Canadians to see a doctor online within minutes — 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Patients can securely text, audio, or video chat with a Canadian-licensed doctor for diagnosis, treatment, and prescriptions. We also offer a wide variety of specialties such as dermatology, endocrinology, and mental health therapy, which can be booked in under 72 hours. Incorporated in 2015, Maple has been operating in Canada since late 2016. We initially launched in Ontario and now offer services in every province and territory of Canada. About our vision Maple is defined by three words — simple, connected, and human. It should be simple to access healthcare. That’s why we created a platform that’s easy to use for Canadians of all ages, abilities, and technology education levels. Healthcare should be connected. We believe that in the future, the majority of wellness and medical care interactions will occur digitally. Our vision is to have Maple be the primary vehicle for healthcare providers to deliver patient care. Maple is on its way to becoming an open-source system to facilitate wellness and care encounters. Maple boasts a streamlined user experience, integrated digital health record keeping, and tools for continuity of care within Canada’s broader healthcare system. The human aspect of medicine should never be forgotten. Our healthcare providers are passionate about what they do, and are dedicated to improving patients’ lives with each virtual care visit. About our team We’re a tightly-knit group of people who are committed to improving the lives of others. We have an ambitious vision, and we’re excited for our team to continue growing.
