THE OPPORTUNITY

We are hiring a Client Success Manager for our Client Success team in the US! 

YOUR IMPACT

  • Manage the client relationship for a portfolio of mid-market accounts after the point of sale throughout the client lifecycle, including leading client meetings and communications.
  • Transmits ideas clearly, concisely, directly, and unambiguously, conveying the message or conclusions from a certain analysis.
  • Understand clients’ objectives and deliver solutions to help them achieve them throughout the onboarding process and beyond by executing scalable client growth strategies.
  • Renew, expand, and renegotiate contracts on an annual basis
  • Has technical abilities in delivering effective and engaging presentations to a variety of audiences.
  • Plan initial client launch as well as ongoing relaunch and awareness communications
  • Present and implement best practice workflows to the client, review member growth rates, suggest member growth strategies, and provide relevant Gympass updates.
  • Collaborate closely with the Activation, Customer Experience,  Operations, User Growth Marketing, Fitness Partnerships, and Business Development teams to deliver on client and company goals.
  • Creates and nurtures relationships with internal stakeholders.
  • Analyze client data; share findings, and develop scalable communication and awareness strategies to increase user engagement to defeat inactivity.
  • Provide product feedback (client requirements, product shortcomings, enhancements, etc.) to product management.

WHO YOU ARE

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 2+ years experience in account management or project management experience, working directly with clients
  • Experience with negotiating contracts
  • Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
  • Thrives working in a team environment and can solve problems creatively and efficiently
  • An excellent communicator -- interpersonal, written, and public speaking 
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple clients/projects concurrently.
  • Strong quantitative skills and a proven ability to monitor, identify and present trends
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Sales skills a plus

In New York, California, Colorado, Massachusetts, and Washington, the annual base salary range for this role is $86,801 - $108,501. The base salary range for other locations may vary. Actual base salary will be dependent on geographic location, relevant experience, skills, qualifications and/or other job-related factors. In addition to base salary, this role may also be eligible to participate in either our annual bonus plan or a sales incentive plan, and our performance-based stock option program.

PAID TIME OFF: It’s to take time away from work to recharge. Employees receive a minimum of 25 days PTO per year with an additional day for each year of tenure (up to 5) in addition to annual holidays (including an extra holiday on your birthday!)
