Who are you?
As a Client Strategist, you play a key role in driving client success by developing and executing marketing strategies that align with business goals. Your expertise in analyzing market trends and campaign performance enables you to provide actionable insights and recommendations. You are responsible for managing day-to-day client relationships, ensuring the seamless delivery of campaign objectives, and optimizing performance. Your impact lies in your ability to translate client needs into measurable marketing outcomes, resulting in improved ROI, increased customer engagement, and sustained growth for both the client and the agency.
How will you create an impact?
Client Relationship Management:
-Foster and maintain strong relationships with clients, serving as the primary point of contact for all strategic discussions and campaign-related inquiries.
-Actively listen to clients' needs, concerns, and objectives, translating them into actionable strategies that align with both client expectations and company capabilities.
Strategic Campaign Planning:
-Develop comprehensive, data-driven marketing strategies tailored to each client's unique goals and challenges.
-Collaborate with internal teams, including creative, analytics, and technology, to create integrated campaigns that leverage the latest industry trends and technologies.
Campaign Execution and Optimization:
-Oversee the end-to-end execution of marketing campaigns, ensuring seamless implementation and alignment with established strategies.
-Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and provide actionable insights to optimize ongoing and future campaigns
Communication and Reporting:
-Clearly communicate campaign strategies, performance metrics, and recommendations to clients in regular meetings and reports.
-Collaborate with internal teams to compile comprehensive campaign reports that showcase the impact of our strategies on clients' key performance indicators (KPIs).
Problem Solving and Innovation:
-Proactively identify challenges and propose innovative solutions, staying ahead of industry trends to provide clients with a competitive edge.
-Contribute to continuously improving our client engagement processes, sharing insights and best practices with the team.
What you should have?
-2-4 years of experience as a Strategist or a campaign manager at a digital marketing agency or a similar company
-Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
-Proven experience in developing and executing successful marketing strategies.
-Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
-Client-centric mindset with a focus on delivering exceptional service.
-Familiar with concepts like CAC, CPM, CTR, CPA, CVR, LTV, and ROAS
-Excellent verbal and written communication skills
