CVS Media Exchange [CMX] is dedicated to driving measurable outcomes for our suppliers, merchants, stores, GMs, brand advertisers, and agencies. Our full-funnel ad solutions leverage CVS’s in-store and online data, extensive reach, and to provide measurable results for our clientele. With a range of flexible pricing and buying models, including self-service; these solutions help businesses build brand awareness, engage with CVS consumers, and convert CVS consumers to shoppers.

Position Summary

As the Senior Analyst of B2B Marketing Strategy for the CVS Media Exchange (CMX) business, you will work cross-functionally and support the development of packaged sales opportunities for our rapidly growing retail media network. Your goal will be to help maximize advertiser and CVS objectives, including campaign performance, media investment, increased store visits and category-specific programs. Reporting to the Director of Marketing Client Solutions for CMX, you will uncover data that will translate into compelling narratives that prioritize the consumer.

Responsibilities

  • Champion a consumer-obsessed approach by unlocking and synthesizing data from diverse touchpoints to uncover actionable insights that drive personalized, high impact strategies.
  • In partnership with the broader CMX Client Solutions team – you will unlock data and insights that will help to define the programs and collateral that are lucrative to our clients and the CVS Enterprise.
  • Track how other retailer medias are driving performance and engagement across digital and physical footprints.
  • Drive cross-cross functional communication to align teams around key initiatives, ensuring visibility, collaboration and unified execution.

Required Qualifications

  • 3+ years of marketing or advertising experience with a focus on retail and digital marketing.
  • 3+ years of experience as a highly detail-oriented, self-starter, independent worker with critical thinking skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Thirst for data driven Marketing – where data, technology and creativity meet.
  • Experience in Ecommerce/Digital
  • Ability to adjust interaction and communication styles for different audiences and situations.
  • Consistent demonstration of professionalism, reliability, accountability and flexibility in working with others.

Education
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or related field or equivalent (HS Diploma + 4 yrs experience) required.

Pay Range

The typical pay range for this role is:

$46,988.00 - $122,400.00

This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls.  The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors.  This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
