What You’ll Do
- Act as a consultant to clients on how to achieve success on the paid media platform, and ensure they meet their business goals and desired KPIs efficiently.
- Become the leading point of contact for clients regarding campaign optimization, platform troubleshooting, budget pacing and performance monitoring.
- Work closely with multiple stakeholders (internal and external) to contribute to strategies for clients to scale their business on the media platform.
- Build strong relationships with agencies and advertisers.
- Liaise with internal teams to troubleshoot and inquire on behalf of clients' queries for their campaigns.
- Operate as the technical expert on products and be able to relay updates and strategies to clients in a clear, concise manner to stakeholders.
- Curate and conduct business reviews.
- Strategic capacity to identify upselling opportunities to generate incremental revenue.
- Responsible for setting up measurement experiments and other back end workflows prior to campaign launch
What You Need For This Role
- Minimum 1-2 years media experience. Must have experience with paid media campaign management, data analysis, campaign optimization.
- Strong time and project management skills, proactive attitude
- Highly flexible and ready to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail, experienced in creating and presenting presentations to stakeholders
- Proficient in English and Arabic
- Salesforce experience is preferred
