Responsibilities:

The Client Solutions Expert is the owner of successful client operations. This role works closely with both internal and external counterparts to deliver best-in-class campaign strategy services and results.

1、Work with sales and other related internal teams to make sure successful campaign execution;

2、Highly engage with client for campaign optimization and upsell opportunities;

3、Become the bridge of communication between clients and product team;

4、Help with troubleshooting with the product and R&D team when needed;

5、Monitor, analyze, and improve campaign result;

6、Communicate with clients and help strengthen our ad offerings consistently;

7、Support hashtag or influencer marketing activities as needed;

8、Potentially lead and measure the success of a team.

Requirements:

1、Over 8 years of service and revenue generation focused organizations;

2、Rich experiences in building strong client bond and managing clients' campaigns;

3、Experiences in delivering tech solutions with non-tech clients;

4、Strong verbal and written communication skills;

5、Fluent in oral and writing English;

6、Be able to travel domestically and internationally as needed;

7、Management experiences is a plus.
