Als Client Solutions Associate speel je een belangrijke rol bij het bevorderen van het gebruik en de adoptie van onze producten. Onze klanten bestaan uit portfolio managers, (performance) analisten, investment bankers, private bankers, quants, etc. Het doel is om onze klanten te behouden en samen met hen te groeien. Je doet dit met:
- Het opbouwen van klantrelaties;
- Trainingen;
- Proactieve engagement;
- Samenwerken met onze engineers om klantwensen te realiseren;
- Beantwoorden van vragen.
Je krijgt als het ware een kijkje in de keuken van onze klanten en kunt met jouw FactSet kennis hun workflow verbeteren en/of verdiepen. Als Client Solutions Associate word je een veelzijdig professional, waarbij je je kennis van financiële markten uitbreidt. Hoewel je geen financieel advies geeft, zal jouw kennis en kunde bijdragen aan het succes van onze klanten.
Voor wie?
- Sterke interesse in Finance en/of FinTech, met een klantgerichte mentaliteit;
- Vaardigheid in het leren en gebruiken van nieuwe technologieën;
- Commerciële vaardigheden;
- Sterke analytische en probleemoplossende vaardigheden;
- Masterdiploma behaald voor September 2025;
- Uitstekende kennis van de Nederlandse en Engelse taal, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk. Franssprekend is een plus.
