About the Role
iCapital Network is seeking an Analyst on the International Client Solutions Asia Pacific team to contribute to the development and execution of iCapital’s international expansion strategy in the region. In this role, the executive will support the business development activities of iCapital with a primary focus on Banks/Wealth Managers, Asset Managers, and Alternative Asset Managers in the region. iCapital’s rapid international expansion creates an opportunity for a seasoned professional to join a fast-paced, rapid-growth environment.
Responsibilities
- Cultivate and maintain strong internal relationships within iCapital and work closely with other teams (Research & Education, Product Development, Implementation Specialists, Marketing, Legal & Compliance, Investor Relations, Fund Finance, etc.) providing proactive support that enhances our client-focused approach.
- Support the International Client Solutions Asia Pacific team based in Singapore in executing the business development strategy for the region with a focus on Wealth- and Asset Managers.
- Serve as a point of contact for addressing inquiries and requests from clients, showcasing our commitment to delivering superior service.
- Manage diverse support tasks, including coordinating RFPs and DDQs, and effectively managing onboarding of new clients.
- Maintain and update CRM system and ensure that information is accurate and up to date.
- Perform other administrative duties and adhoc initiatives and projects as assigned.
Qualifications
- Strong interpersonal and communication (written and oral) skills.
- Solid academic credentials in relevant field.
- 2 years of solid work experience in the Asset- or Wealth Management industry, and background in client service is preferred.
- An understanding of funds, Private Markets or other Alternative Investments, and Wealth Management distribution model is highly preferred.
- Entrepreneurial approach to managing tasks with excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Highly collaborative, and an initiative-taker who is adaptive, well-organized, detail-oriented and committed to delivering excellent client services.
- Ability to work independently with a strong appetite to work in a fast growing, entrepreneurial environment, are self-motivated, with a hands-on attitude.
- Fluent spoken and written English is essential. Additional Asian languages is/are a plus.
