About The Position

 

As an Associate, Client Services Solutions on Team Finance, you will be responsible for supporting the Dotdash

Meredith Finance revenue organization by assisting in the development, upkeep and rollout of strategic processes as related to our Digital Advertising Sales business. You will leverage your acute attention to detail and excellent communication skills to partner with Account Management, Marketing, Ad Sales and others to grow the Dotdash Meredith Finance business and drive success for our clients and internal team members.

 

About Your Contributions:

  • Report to and work closely with the Associate Director of Client Services Solutions for Dotdash Meredith Finance Vertical

  • Serve as a key resource for the Account Management team throughout the pre-sale and post-sale advertising processes, providing support and expertise as needed

  • Manage digital ad campaign setup process in Operative (order management system), ensuring accuracy and efficiency

  • Coordinate with cross-vertical teams to compile editorial sponsorship pricing and packaging details in response to RFPs

  • Lead the development of media plans for Finance tentpole programs developed by Finance editorial and marketing teams

  • Support in inventory management for Finance Ad Products and maintenance of the Finance Vertical Sponsorship Calendars

  • Assist in the creation and refresh of Client Services team processes and training documents

  • Manage various projects for CSS team, ensuring milestones and deliverables are met

  • Act as a spokesperson for the CSS team to communicate process updates to the broader Client Services team via Slack and in meeting presentations

  • Attend DDM company meetings to capture key information, summarizing and communicating relevant details to the Client Services team

  • Maintain an in-depth understanding of Dotdash Meredith media products and services

  • Undertake special projects as required, demonstrating flexibility and initiative in addressing team needs

 

Hybrid 3x a week- New York City

In-office Expectations: This position is hybrid in-office, with the ability to work remotely for up to 2 days per week.

Education:

Experience:

 

1-2 years of digital experience at a media company, agency, or sales organization

 

Specific Knowledge, Skills, Certifications and Abilities:

  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel

  • Familiarity with Google Ad Manager, Salesforce, Operative.One and/or Looker is a plus

  • Excellent attention to detail and capability to structure information in a clear, organized and aesthetically-pleasing manner

  • Excellent written and verbal communication

  • Excellent time management, organizational and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to work independently and within a collaborative team environment

  • Interest in digital advertising and media industry trends

  • A positive, solutions-oriented and can-do attitude!
