Job Summary:The Sr. Project Manager of Client Services serves as a key leader in managing strategic client relationships through proactive communication, project execution, and service delivery excellence. This individual will act as the primary day-to-day contact for assigned client engagements, coordinating internal resources, driving project milestones, and ensuring a consistently high-quality client experience.
Successful candidates will possess strong project management experience, exceptional relationship-building skills, and the ability to manage demanding, high-visibility client engagements in a fast-paced environment. This role supports large-scale legal services programs with significant visibility and requires strong judgment, responsiveness, and stakeholder management capabilities.
Essential Job Responsibilities
- Serves as the primary liaison with key client representatives and owns the service delivery relationship for assigned projects.
- Drives overall client satisfaction through effective communication, responsiveness, and coordination of client deliverables.
- Builds trusted relationships with clients by understanding business objectives, anticipating needs, and providing consultative guidance.
- Coordinates internal stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate execution of project deliverables.
- Establishes project plans, timelines, milestones, and workstreams while proactively identifying and mitigating risks.
- Ensures client requirements are met with the highest level of quality, accuracy, and professionalism.

- Minimum of 5 years of project management experience in legal services, professional services, consulting, client services, claims administration, litigation support, or related industries.
- Proven ability to manage high-touch client relationships and successfully navigate complex stakeholder environments.
- Demonstrated success managing multiple concurrent projects with competing priorities and deadlines.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust quickly and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Exceptional client relationship management skills, including proactive expectation management and consultative problem solving.
- Experience leading cross-functional teams and coordinating multiple business functions to achieve project goals.

- Advanced degree, PMP certification, JD, MBA, or other relevant professional certifications are a plus.
The Compensation range for this role is $105,000 to $115,000 USD annually and may be eligible for a 10% annual bonus.
