Client Services Representative - Bilingual (Spanish)

We are an internet-driven company that offers business insurance, such as workers' comp, liability, commercial auto and umbrella policies. We are looking for enthusiastic service professionals to join and grow with our team!

This is a hybrid position, with weekly in-office work required in our San Antonio, TX office.

We are looking for bilingual candidates who are available to work the following shifts: 9:00 - 5:30PM CST and 11:30 - 8:00PM CST.

Job Responsibilities

The Client Services Representative will be responsible for, but not limited to:

• Maintaining industry leading service standards

• Timely entry of all inbound leads

• Availability and dependability to multitask

• Highly focused on a total team environment

Preferred Knowledge

We are looking for candidates with the following qualifications:

• Bilingual (Spanish)

• Customer service experience

• Current P&C License preferred but not required

• Auto Insurance experience preferred

• Experience in the insurance industry

In accordance with pay transparency laws and regulations, the following good faith starting compensation is being provided.  The starting compensation for this position is $19.00 per hour plus commission and/or incentive pay potential.  Final compensation will be based on candidate qualifications, geographic location, and other considerations permitted by law.
